TOLQAR Partners Program Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TOLQAR collects, uses, and protects the data of its TOLQAR Partners program partners — in addition to the platform's general privacy policy, not as a replacement for it.

Registration data: first and last name, phone number, country, account type (individual/company/institution), and a summary of your marketing approach.

Verification data: your full legal name and text-based electronic signature, collected only at the time a verification request is submitted — no ID photos or official documents.

Payout data: a USDT wallet address (TRC20/BEP20) or PayPal email, depending on the payout method you choose.

Performance data: the tracking links (UTM) you create and the number of conversions each link generates, used to calculate your commission and show you your own channel performance.

To review your application and verify your identity before enabling payouts, to calculate your commissions accurately, and to actually carry out payout requests to the address or email you've saved.

We don't use your data as a partner for any marketing purpose outside the scope of the partner program itself.

We don't share your data as a partner with any third party, except what is technically necessary to carry out the payment itself (such as the PayPal service provider when you choose that method).

Partner performance data (tracking links, conversion counts) is shown only to the partner themself and to the TOLQAR team authorized to manage the program.

We keep the partner's account data, commission history, and payout requests for as long as the account is active, and for as long as necessary for accounting and legal purposes after it's closed.

You can request deletion of your partner profile data (except financial records that must be legally retained) by contacting us directly.

You can review or edit your data at any time from the profile page inside the partner dashboard, or delete a saved wallet/tracking link yourself directly.
